TaxGuide Pro publishes calculator-first tax content. Our goal is to make official tax rules easier to estimate while clearly separating planning estimates from filing advice.
Standards
- Use primary IRS, Treasury, and state revenue department sources whenever available.
- Show calculation assumptions, caveats, and source links on calculator pages.
- Update tax-year data when official guidance changes and record the page's last-updated date.
- Avoid unsupported authority claims, reviewer claims, or usage statistics.
- Correct calculator or source issues when credible feedback identifies a problem.
Review cadence
High-traffic calculator pages are reviewed when tax-year figures change and during filing-season updates. State pages are reviewed as state revenue departments publish new forms or guidance.
